Raekoja Residence - Tallinn

Raekoja residence is the perfect choice for those who prefer to stay in the heart of the Medival Old Town of Tallinn. Raekoja Residence with 9 apartments is located on Raekoja Square (Town Hall Square) and is therefore on a prime site in the middle of the Old Town. There are fully furnished 2-bedroom business class apartments, located just in front of the Town Hall (address: Raekoja sq 8). Most of apartments are with sauna and sofa-bed in living-room.

Raekoja Residence is offering serviced apartments. All apartments are spacious enough to feel your self like at home, to work or to receive guests or even cook them a delicious dinner. Staying with us you are staying in the middle of the unique old town of Tallinn.

Raekoja Residence is located in the heart of the Tallinn Old Town, on the Town Hall Square (Raekoja square 8). The square and surrounding is full of restaurants and cafeterias, small shops ect. If you get lost in old town, you will always arrive to that square.

Raekoja Residence is located in the pedestrian area of the old town, so some walking will be necessary. Taxis can only get within 100 metres of the building. Buses will stop in Viru square, around 400 metres away. Transfers to and from the apartments are available at an additional charge.

There is no breakfast served at the residence, but Raekoja Residence provides its guests with delicious breakfasts at the Restaurant Pegasus or with breakfast room service. The menus are available in the apartments. Breakfast at the Restaurant Pegasus is served Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 12:00, on Saturdays from 09:00 to 12:00 and on Sundays from 10:00 to 12:00. Room service breakfast is served Monday to Friday from 08:30 to 12:00, and on weekends from 10:00 to 13:00. This has to be ordered by no later than 22:00 the day before.

Please inform Raekoja Residence about the following: 1. Your arrival time in order to arrange a meeting for delivery of keys as there is no 24-hour reception. 2. If you need single beds or large beds. 3. Payment is due on arrival. The payment can be done in local currency. 4. In case of arrival after 22:00, a late check-in fee will be charged. The same applies for early check-in (before 09:00), in which case an additional fee of 1 night will also be charged.
